Hubs
- Classic MFU model with the patented sprag clutch design featuring instant engagement, and silent operation.
- MFU axle design isolates the sprag clutch mechanism from forces subjected to the hub shell, allows for easy servicing, and makes the swap from one freehub driver body choice to another an effortless task.
- Boost spacing: 110x15mm and 148x12mm hub dimensions.

- ISO 6-bolt rotor mounts.
- 32H spoke hole counts front, and rear.
- Shimano HG (aluminium or chromoly version), Shimano Micro Spline (MS), or Sram XD(R) freewheel driver body options. Chromoly versions of the MS, and XD(R) freehub driver bodies are available separately as an additional upgrade option.
- All XD(R) freehub driver bodies are supplied with a 1.85mm aluminum spacer that converts the freehub body into an XD variant.
- Aluminium HG freehub driver bodies employ patented replaceable wear inserts for extra wear resistance, and durability..
- Anodized clear/silver hub shells, and endcaps. A widget/endcap upgrade can be purchased here.
Rims
Rims used in this particular set are Zipp AMRI 3Zero Moto models made out of carbon. Diameter is 29″ front, and rear.
The rims are dimensioned with 30mm internal width to accept a wide variety of tires, and ensure compatibility with the most popular tire widths. Spoke holes are 2.5mm offset from the centerline of the rim to grant better spoke tension balance between the right, and left side of the wheel.
The unique single-wall construction offers compliance that is not seen in any other rim model. Despite the less than common design, the rims are strong enough, and rated for modern enduro as well as EMTB use.
Note! The rims are not designed, or rated for downhill riding, or racing.

Spokes, Nipples & Build
Wheels are built with black-colored Sapim D-Light spokes with 2.0/1.65/2.0mm profile. The Race spokes are the default spoke model for several reasons.
- Excellent value.
- High strength-to-weight ratio.
- Better fatigue-resistance properties than straight gauge 2.0mm spokes.
- Easy to source in case spares are needed.
Race spokes are paired with black-colored Sapim Polyax brass nipples. Brass nipples are used exclusively in all of our builds because of their longevity, low to zero maintenance needs, corrosion resistance and strength. Secure-Lock nipples or traditional ones with a mild adhesive compound to prevent unwanted loosening, improve wheel reliability, and lessen service needs.
Wheels are built with 3-cross lacing pattern, trued by hand, carefully stress-relieved, and equipped with tubeless tape.

The wheels are ready to be shipped, and will do so in 1-3 business days from the time of the order. Shipping to most EU countries takes approximately 6-9 business days. Express shipping options are available upon request. Get in touch by email if an additional service of this nature is needed.
