When the parts list includes manufacturers like Berd Spokes and Nextie, the wheelset can’t be anything else but of the highest order! That is certainly the case with this gravel wheelset.
The goal was to build a wheelset with class-leading ride characteristics which can accommodate wider tires. The high air volume provided by wide tires coupled with the compliance given by the PoyLight spokes will bring ride comfort to the next level.
- Onyx Racing Products Vesper Hook Flange 100x12mm / 142x12mm, Centerlock, 24H, Shimano HG freehub driver body, anodized black colour.
- Nextie NXT35CGX 700C/24H rims.
- Berd Spokes PolyLight spokes. A nice additional detail was the use of white spokes around the valve.
- Sapim Polyax Double Square Secure-Lock brass nipples..
- Laced 2-cross according to the manufacturer’s specifications, carefully brought up to tension.
